We also have a complete set of machines for cables like braiding, foam extruding, core wire extruding, jacket extruding, vertical injection molding, soldering and riveting pressure machines. Quality is the basic premise of an enterprise's survival and development. We obtained ISO 9001:2008 certificate in June 2010 and received the HDMI ATC certificate for HDMI V1.4 in September 2010. In AV cable workshop, we have a complete set of multifunction cable testers and do 100% testing. In HDMI cable workshop, we test the cables four times, from soldering test to inner molding test, then outer molding test and finally HDTV test, just to make sure that all the cables we export are qualified. In order to further improve quality, our QC department is responsible for incoming quality control (IQC), in process quality control (IPQC), and final quality control (FQC). The testing machine we currently have are TDR, RoHS, salt spray testers, alternating temperature humidity chambers, microcomputer horizontal insertion force testing machines, and reverse bend testers.
